I just saw in the news today that police arrested a 14 year old (!) in connection with the murder of the contractor in Trinidad. A hard-working immigrant was shot in the head in broad daylight by a 14 year old, but we know that the killer will probably serve a couple years in prison (if that), before being released because he is a minor.

I think if we were serious about holding our leadership's feet to the fire and forcing them to come up with better solutions, we would be calling our council members every day and maybe even protesting. But I know no one will go any further than posting about it on the internet...[/quote]
