The equipment and lab techs help ensure there is something acceptable to transfer. In each case I say "help" because there's only so much that can be done and a lot of other factors involved. People bother with SGF because it's big, it's convenient, it's the only place some insurers will cover, and because a lot of people have success there. If you have a typical case and go through their typical process, you very well may wind up with a baby or two.[/quote]
