As others have pointed out, the players aren't in it for a lucrative lax sports career after college; they are in it because they love their sport and they want to keep playing in college. Thinking of our kids' lax teammates who have graduated, none of them play professionally although several of them play in amateur competitions. I think it is a different story for other sports.[/quote]
