I had many phone calls to my Mom during that time. I think she knew I would be upset and didn't want to face me. I don't believe my mom knew my sister was going to have the cat killed in advance. I think my sister is jealous of me and my success. My mom knew I had a short term apartment lease that wouldn't allow pets and that I was going to transition to a permanent place and take my cat. I felt betrayed and still in shock.[/quote]
