This will be somewhat different for you, but in my case I did not mention my pregnancy either time until I got the offer...but I did mention it before accepting the offer. At that stage, it would have been illegal for them to rescind the offer, but they also would not have been legally required to offer me any sort of accommodation for leave since I would have been there for only a few months. So, they would have had a legal way to discourage me from taking the job, by simply not providing flexibility around my leave. In both cases, though, my employer was more than happy to allow me extended, partially paid, leave...so it worked out.
