A kid and motherhood is not going to replace a spouse if that is what you want. Single motherhood also throws a whole new dynamic into dating, so really consider that. Parenting is also incredibly expensive. What does your support system look like you're going to need help, so if you don't have family and friends can you afford a nanny?
