What does it mean to "bring it up"  are you saying you want to "talk about having sex" ???
That's stupid! Nobody want's to talk about sex.
Just kiss her, passionately, escalate towards sex, be bold and show your desire. 
If she gives a hard NO, you immediately back off, of course!!
Then after you go home, call her and respectfully break up, informing her that a physical relationship is an essential part of the deal.
She won't be too shocked to hear that.
