Seriously, this is a deeply entrenched idea and isn't changing anytime soon. Even if in 20 years the boomers that spearheaded these ideas are gone, it won't matter. Damage is done. These poor areas will be locked in. Don't feel smug if you bought in Discovery land... The developers can't wait to start start building luxury triplexes over there. 3 houses at 850k a pop, where they would have otherwise been lucky to get 1.8 mil. Those lots will be housing 6-12 kids in no time. Hope you are enjoying your spacious school now. I give it 8 years. And that's being conservative. [/quote]
