In bringing people on to a new job, letting you know you can't get a bonus or the highest score the first year is not a big deal. Forgetting to tell you that your hours might change a lot, you have less leave, the salary changes are all much more reasonable reasons to be upset. I don't think it's that big of a deal. This type of thing is not usually written in policy. If you don't like the job that much, maybe you should look for another one. [/quote]
