We can only rent our condo for $2,000 (max). We would have to pay the difference. We don't have enough equity in the condo to sell and not lose money.

Rent in the Cambridge area is astronomical.

My husband has had initial conversations with contacts in that area and has tentatively been offered a job paying $100,000/year.

We have two kids ages 10 and 4.
