A few years back I even had a P2 colleague who didn't want to put in her paperwork for Master's pay because there was a huge budget crunch and she was convinced the Principal (who liked her and thought she was a great teacher) would have to fire her over the approx $2K pay difference and hire a teacher straight out of school. Crazy now to think of it but she literally waited another 2 years until she was a C1 before putting in the paperwork.[/quote]
