IVF #2 (43.5): 1 blast which tested as a normal male.

Am I right to assume this is likely a sperm problem (exacerbated by the fact that I have very few good eggs left)?  If so, is there anything - supplement, medication - that my husband can take?  Or even if there's no solution, is there a test to diagnosis the problem?  We are both on lot of supplements which may not have been started early enough for our most recent cycle, but hopefully might help our next (and last) cycle?

Given our recent cycle I have come to the conclusion that beggars can't be choosers when it comes to the sex.  That being said, our son has autism and the risk of having another child with autism is significantly lower with a girl.  As much as I would love to have another son I am afraid I would be a nervous wreck if pregnant with a boy.  I have been trying to accept the idea of using donor eggs - maybe a year from now if we can afford it! - but that may not help us have a girl if it's a sperm problem.

Any suggestions?  Given my age, finances, and partial insurance coverage, this next fresh cycle will almost certainly be our last....
