The police would note have cited her if she had not broken the law.[/quote] I live in the neighborhood and can say definitively that police have been called for noise to other homes but no one has ever been arrested for that noise. I think the cops went way overboard with this even if she didn't turn the music down right away - there was no reason to arrest her. Also the neighbors should be ashamed of themselves - you can't call or knock on the door and say something? This was a group of professional adults have a birthday party with a DJ. [/quote]
