My BIL has an Associate's degree but 20yrs later has a successful career in management in manufacturing, he is the #1 guy running one of the manufacturing plants for a multinational company. His graduation was a big deal. If it's someone going on to a 4yr college, they likely don't see it as graduating. Otherwise, what would you give any college graduate? My vote is a gift card or cash, since the person is likely stepping out into the professional world, maybe moving out if they've been living at home while attending school, etc.[/quote]
