PP here and I agree that Trump is also an attention seeking loose canon. In this scenario, however, Trump has the power to fire Comey, and he did just that. It's up to congress to check and balance Trump's behavior. [/quote]

Congress is full of cowards.  They have given Trump a long leash and show no sign of pulling it back.  His supporters still love him so most Rs are worried about angering their constituents. We get what we deserve.[/quote]
