[/quote] I know this is a little old, but in case you're still reading, this may be true. Does it say 3 attempts per "lifetime" or "per live birth"? I have Kaiser and it says "3 attempts per live birth up to $100,000 benefit lifetime max." My first IVF resulted in a son which means that the clock was re-set to 3 attempts for baby #2 (which we are just starting to try for now). My understanding is that both fresh cycles and FETs count towards your 3 attempts, but I was told that a freeze-all fresh cycle (which is what we are hoping to do now) does not count as one of the 3 attempts (so long as it doesn't go to transfer). But don't take my word for it, check with Kaiser, though I found it easier to let SGF investigate the nuances of my coverage....[/quote]
