It's helpful because we have an amazing coach. The coach makes it or breaks it I assume and ours makes everything revelant to our specific needs. Every professional development has had time for us to take what we talked about and apply them to our class/specific students. It does take up a lot of time and sometimes I'm tired but it really has been a valuable resource. (I'm younger kids)[/quote]
