Clearly it didn't affect your comprehension. I would rather support a trans child and have them de-transition later, than not support a trans child and have them kill themself. While trans people are certainly at risk, some of that risk can be mitigated by family approval. The folks who are most at risk are those who despite family condemnation, continue to identify as trans but don't have a safe place to come home to, financial stability, or other supports a family can provide.[/quote]
