People not cleaning up after their dogs is a problem in my complex but it was not me or my dog and I am beyond angry some random man was photographing me. I told him it was not my dog and if he continued to take pictures I would report him to management. I'm just worried he is going to accuse me of something and the apartment complex will have no way of disproving it....[/quote]
