I make muffins with Kodiak Cake mix. Simply add an egg, butter, bananas, chocolate chips, and cinnamon. My kids love them for breakfast/snacks, and it keeps them full.
Do you have a recipe? This could def work
Cake mix doesn't exactly correlate to a high protein breakfast. Egg cups or nuts and cheese, hard boiled eggs, all things my kids like.
NP. Kodiak is quite high in protein and fiber, which keep a kid full. The carbs provide them fuel. The added butter ( I would use oil in cooking and add butter to the warm muffin) is good day. The bananas are a fruit and filling! The chocolate is for fun! Seems good to me.
