Periodically in the summer you get a "tropical wave" come through (and more rarely a tropical storm) but otherwise showers/tstorms tend to pop up and pass through quickly. Yes the water is warmer in the summer. IME the seas tend to be bit rougher and more unpredictable in the winter (unless a wave is coming through). Is there anything else specific you think would be relavent for OP?[/quote]
