Know quite a few people who first acted as deans or similar AND also got additional training BEFORE becoming Head of School. Quite honestly, I have great confidence in her ability to put in the work and figure it out -- just hoped we would have one more two-year AZ transplant first before she took the reins. And it also makes it more likely that she will leave D.C. sooner.[/quote] Wouldn't forcing her to get more (real, no bullshit very part-time) training leave the same hole?
