Then call MSDC - the sibling preference doesn't actually apply until the older kid is enrolled or accepted. But as soon as you do make it official for the older child the WL number for younger child should move. Don't trust DCPS. Only MSDC. The last month was spent 'validating' the preferences etc. Bc your older DC isn't yet enrolled the sibling preference may have been dropped. [/quote]
