The building square footage of 137,000 is very large and much bigger than any elementary school in DC- most are between 40-60,000 square feet of building space. If the school is in poor condition (likely)- it would be incredibly expensive to renovate- in the $40 million range, probably.[/quote] Nope. Lighthouse is about 100-110k building area. [/quote]
