Isn't it better to grow out and test, than wait for a miscarriage because of a chromosomal defect?[/quote] Not PP, but the theory is that embryos do better in the womb. That's why sometimes REs recommend transferring on Day 3 instead of waiting. I think this is changing, but that certainly was the case a few years ago.[/quote]
