Most shareholder proxy proposals are complete crap, and proxy activists destroy value for shareholders ... especially in fast growing tech companies. [/quote] If they are crap proposals, they will get voted down by the mutual funds and institutions that are record owners. No voting rights, besides shareholder proposals, means a board and management that is unaccountable. [/quote]
