Do u think it's possible to run half marathon without any training? I run every day but never more than 3 miles. The most I've ever done was 12K. Advice? TIA
I'm sure it's possible, but I would not chance it. You would be setting yourself up for injury, or at best, a horrible time and some serious soreness after. If I were you, I would try for the Army Ten Miler and/or the Baltimore Half Marathon (both in October) and train accordingly, even if it's just getting in a few long distance runs.
Thank you. Do you know if I have to maintain a certain speed or can I walk (in case I cannot run any more?) I definitely don't want to get injured, but don't really care about the time. This just sounds like fun :) Thank you for your help.
