Those with money can just remove themselves to a more open environment wherein they can die with dignity. The poor are left behind to suffer needlessly in a prolonged, terminal illness of agony. If they are poor it's not a financial burden on the family, so that's not a worry. It would however be an emotional and spiritual burden on both the family and the ill. But I'm sure you know all this PP because you've personally endured this with loved ones.[/quote]
