OP here - I totally understand where you are coming from. I just felt like sharing the things that we did could help someone. As I mentioned in my first post, I read over posts like this on various forums for hours and hours and we tried just about every gimmick/trick under the sun.

Whether eating Brazil nuts and pineapple core had any real impact? We'll never know. The only concrete evidence is the improvement in sperm quality I experienced as a result of selenium intake and the things I did to naturally boost my testosterone. I didn't mean to induce any sense of false hope for anyone, just trying to share what we did on an IUI cycle that was successful.[/quote]
