In your culture, family is expected to spend time together. In her culture, not so much. A personality difference would be something like wife is very expressive and has no trouble showing her feelings. She loves to hug others and is comfortable with physical closeness while your family is much more reserved. Physical affection and sharing of feelings is limited. [/quote]
