I'll answer your Q about cake too, and other general info.

We brought our stroller to help carry a large box of cupcakes, favor bags, and a few decorations. :)
build a bear staff kept gifts behind their desk. We kept our stroller near the desk/out of the way.
Later could use the stroller also to transport gifts and the rest.

Towards the end, dh went out to the court with the stroller while I of course stayed at the party. (Keep a wallet to pay).
He found an isolated-ish spot and grabbed a few tables, our down a table cloth, plates, etc. we had also brought a few snacks to serve before cupcakes.

When the store party was done, thd girls and I, and a couple of parents who stayed, headed over to the court and did the snacks, cake, gifts, favors, hung out.

Our surprise was the fire alarm going off at the end of the party. Evacuation! One month after the Pulse shooting, so there was a general look of panic in many people's eyes! Large groups are creepy when evacuating.... Glad the party was over and we were cleaning up anyway!![/quote]
