[/quote] I live on one of the side streets off Kensington. We have the standard summer car break-ins (lock your doors!), but I'm not aware of anything more serious than that. We have been in Bon Air for nearly 10 years, and I don't know of a single home burglary - not to say it has never happened, but if it were a problem I likely would have heard about it. We love the neighborhood. It is a hidden gem. A lot of families with young kids, close to Ballston, parks, walking paths. A great neighborhood party every summer. I agree with the above poster that Kenmore is a drawback. But if you have small kids and are looking for a home, you can worry about middle school later. Who knows if Kenmore will change by then.
