This exactly. I have started driving like a granny because of the number of times I'm in the middle and the northbound dolt in the inner circle decides to continue north on Connct. It just happened again last night!

I think for locals to this neighbourhood, we get it right. It's the commuters who think they have circles down because never actually use any other spokes and they want to stay in the passing lane to continue north or south, unaware of crosstown traffic. Slow the hell down.[/quote]

Umm, no.  If you look at the lanes on the circle, the inner most lane [u]does [/u] have the right to go north and south on Conn.  If you want to go around the circle, you need to get all the way to the inside.  I drive this circle every day and use the left lane northbound on Conn., which feeds to the innermost lane in the circle, and back to the left lane on northbound Conn. north of the circle.  You should look at the lane markers next time.[/quote]
