I’m going to scream

Anonymous
A year plus of covid, unemployment, kids struggling with various disorders diagnosed this year, fighting with DH. I’m at the end of my rope and want to scream all the time. That’s all

I am sorry, OP- wish I could offer some help. Be good to yourself.

I'm so sorry OP.

I gave in and screamed the other day. At an inanimate object. It actually felt pretty good to get it all out. Do you have any outlets for all the stress?

Hang in there. Better days ahead.

Hugs, OP.

Get a baseball bat and several watermelons. Go to back yard and scream while beating the melons to pulp. You will feel wondeful.

Sounds fun but messy. Plastic chairs work for this purpose too.

Only Americans would feel so nonchalant about wasting food like this.

Only a severely depressed and unhappy person would think to post what you just did.

I mean I feel bad for OP. Imagine how miserable their life must be to come on here and post that. No happy person just comes online to make random quips at posters.

Americans don’t have a lot of the social support that people in other countries have. We don’t tend to have multiple generations living together. We don’t have affordable healthcare. We don’t get paid parental leave. What we do have is excess food.

It’s so hard, OP. You’ve been through a lot. Your feelings are very valid. I’m including you in my prayers. Please reach out to a relative, long time friend or spiritual advisor. You are not alone. Everyone needs to unload sometimes. Maybe there are online support groups for parents of children who have the same disorders? I really hope your life gets easier in the coming months. You are battle scarred but not beaten.

Plus it's one watermelon.

The watermelon thing sounds a lot better than car smashing with construction equipment, which you can also pay to do.

So sorry OP.

Yes life sucks sometimes.

I am in a similar predicament.

Was so looking forward to 2021 since everyone was saying how bad 2020 sucked.
But so far this yr. has been pretty lousy.
Lost my beloved seventeen yr. old cat.
And I recently got my car totaled.

I try to look at things as they could have been much worse.
Hugs 🤗 to you today❣️
