Excellent dermatologist to remove cholesterol deposits under my eye

I have a cholesterol deposit (xanthelasma) under one of my eyes that I would like to have removed. Any recommendations? Cauterize it? Laser? Any great dermatologist to do this DC or MD?

You need an eye surgeon, not a dermatologist. Call hospitals and ask for names
