When Did Your Period Return?

| I've been breastfeeding #3 for ten months now and my period still has not returned. I am not on any birth control and I know I am not pregnant. We still nurse once at night. Just curious when other bfing moms cycle came back. |

Ugh. I am breastfeeding and mine came back yesterday...my baby is three months old. I was hoping for a longer break! |

| 6 mo PP with #1 & 8 mo PP with #2. I was BFing both of them full time (no formula supplementation) but the were sleeping thru the night. |

A week shy of 7 months. EBF'ing (with the exception of a tiny bit of solids we were introducing) and breastfeeding around the clock (i.e., several night wakings and partial cosleeping at night). I was pumping during the day at work, though.
Like PPs I had really hoped I would go longer. Oh, well. |

OP here, the first two were only breast fed for about 4 months give or take a few weeks. I don't remember when my period returned with them, but I know it was way before ten months. I expected it to return by now so I am curious what other moms have experienced. I don't mind it at all! |

| BFd for 18 months, period came back at 16 months, but very irregular. Had one period at 16 months and a BFP at 19 months! Not expected... |

BF DD and was bad about pumping (had returned to work) and at 6 months (DD was also eating solids) my menstral cycle returned.
