Renting out my house through a corporate housing agency?

| What are people’s views on renting out a house through a corporate housing agency? We are considering leaving the country for a few years and will need to rent out our house. We are not thinking about selling at this point. The house has been recently renovated and is in an attractive location. We are targeting a monthly rent of about 6k. Shall we explore corporate housing options like Zeus living or find a property manager who covers our area? How much do these agencies normally charge to market a house? The house is also close to a major university and so renting to students would be another option, but I am not sure how I feel about that for a newly renovated house, even though I realize that a seemingly nice family can trash our place too. WWYD? |
