Replace Baseboards/trim

| Hi, the baseboards and trim in my 30 year old house are looking terrible. Where can I find a more modern trim to replace them with (minimal ogee/curves on top)? |

If you just want a simple, square baseboard, you can get them at the big-box home improvement stores!
