This. Or upper management thinks they have OP where they want her, and she's too much of a team player and too emotionally invested to go somewhere else. Either way--you need to start looking. If there will be layoffs, nothing can protect you if you are not part of the club. If there aren't layoffs, and you let them get away with this, they will start mistreating you in other ways. |

They have altered the deal. Is there something especially compelling about this job that requires you to put up with it?
My boss started bitching about my telework despite the contract saying I could and our government client not raising an objection when I -was- the boss and allowing most folks a day of telework. Three months later I took another job. |
