What are you having for Thanksgiving dinner?

Thanksgiving dinner is one of my favorites, when else can you have 6 side dishes?
We are having:
Turkey
Cornbread stuffing with sausage, dried apricots and pistachios
Sweet potato soufflé
Mashed potatoes
Green beans vinaigrette with capers and red onion
Spiced cranberry-apple sauce
Pearl onion gratin with gruyere cheese
Apple Pie
Pumpkin Pie with bourbon whipped cream

for lunch I make curried pumpkin-apple soup, salad and cornbread to munch on before dinner at 6

Dinner at 6? We just skip the fancy lunch and have dinner at 2:30.

Yes, absolutely. Add gravy to my post.

I'm the one who is making challah stuffing with cherries and sausage. THe recipe is from Real Simple magazine here:

They say to use French bread but someone on this forum mentioned Challah so that's what I used. I just finished making this, and OMG it is delicious!!

Wow, now I feel like we're not making enough.

We're having:

A veggie dish (friend bringing something)

And it's 5 adults and two babies.

Maybe I should add something to the mix...

We decided to scale way back and are doing a vegan tgiving. This is for three adults and one teenager.

Sausage rolls

Chik'n and dumplings
Cornbread stuffing with pecans and pears
Sweet potato rolls

Triple chocolate cake

I will probably add a veg side dish...

My first Thanksgiving Dinner, at the request of my 4 year old:

1. Duckling, slow-cooked with mushrooms, bouillon celery, etc

2. Mashed potatoes

3. Green beans (hot or cold?) with croutons

4. Apple tart

5. Melted chocolate in a cup with freshly whipped cream after our afternoon walk...
