I need one ASAP if anyone knows where in the world I could find one. |
Perhaps get in touch with the embassy on Mass. Ave? |
There is a flag shop - i think in pentagon mall, i think they would have the brazillian flag. |
pp here, yes the place is called Alamo flags, and they also have it on the internet:
http://www.alamoflag.com/ check international flags / UN Members, it's there. |
OK Zumba- I'm stumped. Tell us why! Kid's school project? New dance for your class? Big soccer party? Pro-waxing protest prop? |
I also think there's also a flag store in Union Station |
wow so many options. thanks, ladies! Now I have to find the best deal...will call around tomorrow.
pp, I am hosting a big Brazilian event this Saturday, an Axe (pronounced A-Shay) master class...the hottest dance/music in Brazil. One of the choreographers/trainers for Beto (creator of Zumba) is in town...so I'm bringing him to the Zumba community for some new super sexy Axe moves. I've got Axe performers too....I can't wait!!! So anyway, I'm looking for decor. |
Also looking for hard to find Brazilian CDs (Daniela Mercury and Ivete Sangalo), white workout pants and a yellow bandana. None at Target!
so much to do! |
ZM, you can get the flag and the pants all at Pentagon! I saw white workout pants at Macy's there. They were on a clearance rack in the active wear section.
Not sure about yellow bandana or CDs though. Your event sounds fun, but I'm way too chicken to attempt dancing like a Brazilian. I would look like a retarded string bean. |
Try American Apparel maybe for both. |
oh!!!
look, there is 3 market with a bunch of stuff from Brazil near wheaton mall. by brazil. google it. I dont know the address.... it is behind the metro station.. there is flags, food, evertyhing... google it call and see if they find for you. Good LUCK!!! ![]() |
pp here..
Braziliam market... is next wheaton metro. I dont know the # so, sorry.. I'm in Brazil right now and I forgot the address. |
lololol....I know that line from somewhere. So after calling all around, a guy at work overheard me and offered to print me a flag for free. A big one : ) YAY! hmmm...I wonder if I can talk him into laminating it too. I think I will cut up my kid's old shirt and make a bandana out of that. Two down, three to go. |
I'm brazilian from Sao Paulo.... if this event is like I'm used to go...here in Brazil... the event will be GREAT!!! |
