Competitive Futsal for 9-12 Year Olds

Looking for competitive winter futsal for 9-12 year olds. Is there a league in or near the beltway or another way for kids to play competitively or train with strong players over the winter? My son's club is great, but exposure to other kids and styles of play would be beneficial.
Seen Stoddert and PPA in DC, but still searching. Any ideas? Thank you |

| Alexandria is the ONLY option like this. 3 choices on how to participate. They are all-in on futsal. Other clubs just throw players in dumb league play to get injured. |

Stoddert and PPA are not good futsal options unless you just want to throw a team together and play with no training. Your not going to find "competitive" futsal in something like that.
I agree about Alexandria - they are your best option for futsal and should be your first choice. Only problem is you may have missed tryouts for the Futsal ID program. I know for my child's age group there are no more tryouts so you should contact them ASAP! http://www.alexandria-soccer.org/futsal-id-program There is also dc hyper futsal, it's a smaller program though and might not have open spots- http://hyperfutsal.com/ A few other options that are farther away but these all have good futsal coaches and might still be taking players. | Puma Elite and VA United have merged to create one of the best futsal programs around. Right now my kid practices at Dulles, until the new United sportsplex opens in a few weeks in Manassas. |
