perfume for sensitive women

Hi all! This is Joni. I’m new here and my question is do you know any perfume or cologne that’s ok and at the same time mild enough that when you wear it, it won’t trigger headaches? See, I just found out that the headaches I get are migraine-related and it’s being triggered by the fragrance I wear. Poor me.. Anyway, thanks in advance for your help!

I don't have your problem. But I've been wearing this perfume for years and it's very inoffensive...Eau d' Hadrien by Annick Goutal. It's citrusy and not overly sweet. The eau de toilette is nice, but the eau de parfum is much better and somehow smells different...less harsh. Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales carry it.

I'm not sure what you're wearing now, but I'm sensitive to the cheaper perfumes - in particular the Avon ones have always gotten to me. I'm fine with perfumes from brands like Calvin Kline and Elizabeth Arden. Still, I generally don't put perfume around my face (so none behind my ears or on my neck).

maybe it would also help to just wear the fragrance lower on your body?
like spray your ankles?

I think colognes are mild. Not sure though. Anyway, what do you take for the pain? Try asking your doctor about fioricet for heavy attacks. It’s my prescription pain reliever and so far, for the past couple of years, it’s been a great help. I only take it during the bad days, of course. Hope this somehow helps. Have a great day!
