What cheese for chicken sandwich

| I like to make grilled chicken sandwiches but I am having a hard time finding the cheese that seems right guy. I am grilling chicken, topping with avocado and sometimes sautéed onions. I have tried cheddar jack and Swiss and none of them are quite right. Any other cheese that is worth a try on this sandwich? |
