Montessori or other preschool for 18 month old in Gaithersburg/Rockville/Potomac area?

I would like to send my son to a Montessori preschool this fall in the Rockville, Gaithersburg, Potomac area. Besides Aleph Bet, are there any other options?
Good or bad experiences sending a child at 18 months? Thanks! |

Hi,
My older son (turning 5 in August) attends Franklin Montessori, and I'd be happy to tell you more about it. Please feel free to e-mail me at WendyBuzy@aol.com if you want more information. (He started when he was 3.) However, I don't think they accept children who haven't turned 2 by September 1st (?). My other recommendation would be the Rockville Community Nursery School (RCNS) for your son. It isn't a Montessori program, but it's wonderful. More info at: www.rcnscoop.org Good luck, Wendy |
