If you own a rental property, where do you advertise besides CL?

| Also, what is the best day to put an ad on CL or renew it - meaning, when do people looking for rentals tend to look more throughly? In my country of origin the best day to advertise a property for sale or rental is Sunday. Not sure if the same applies here. |

| We do CL and post Thursday afternoon/evening. We try to keep our showings to the weekends. In the good season (May - August) we typically only need one weekend of showings to successfully rent. I handle the phone calls and scheduling and DH does the showings. |

I've listed on CL and I would get the weirdest requests from there. Section 8, negotiating rates, month to month lease, etc. Or people from CL not showing up for showings. I stopped listing on CL and seem to find a better pool of people from the other sites. |
