Already have them |
They are reprehensible, but that doesn't matter. I don't care what he belives. As long as he's not hurting anyone or insulting people at the gym, why should his membership be revoked? |
Didn't you just finish your first year of college? Shouldn't you be slightly past this kind of simplistic question? Here, I'll say it in conservative speak: the business doesn't want to be affiliated with Nazis. It is their right to discontinue having him as a client. Read the disgusting things tweeted to the woman who confronted him. It's a disgusting look into the underbelly of America. The gym doesn't want that kind of filth getting all over their gym. |
What do you mean? |
He is the high school kid (with the low gpa and test scores) that trolls the college forum. I think community college or jail is where he is headed |
I guess you're one of those people who think that ideas aren't dangerous or hurtful. He thinks I should never have existed. You think I should tolerate sharing a bench with this a-hole? Are you serious? And honestly, I'd be concerned about him making connections at my gym with his "ideas." People go to workout, but it's also a social atmosphere. That's dangerous as hell. |
Before you post again. Take a little time and watch this. https://www.theatlantic.com/video/index/510533/rebranding-white-nationalism-inside-the-alt-right/ This site cannot teach you a semester of history to support the above. |
Just finished up my last year at prep school. I'm headed to college this fall. I've already said I think it's the righ decision from a vuisness prospective. I just wish the leaders of this gym had a spine. Take a stand and lose some customers. Why did they ever let him join in the first place, if it's such a big deal? |
Kind of interesting since the gym is nestled into a sure blocks away from The Berg public Housing project
Wonder how many of those residents would be welcomed by this insufferable professor or the manager? Other than the boat club, that gym Is one of the whitest places in Old Town |
Political views should not be obstructed. But nazism is kind of snake that should be killed as soon as it hatched out of an egg. I will applaud if one day all his civil rights will be stripped. Nazism is not a political view, it's a plan of global genocide of subhumans - Jews, blacks, Slavs, Roma, central asians, etc.. |
Fair doesn't want people to contact her employer but, it okay with getting people kicked out of private health clubs? According to the WaPo article:
Fair called Nomani’s appeal to her employer a “very dangerous trend.” She said Nomani, a former professor at Georgetown, has no standing at the university to complain. “I am most concerned about the increasing appeal to employers to silence the criticism of citizens made in their private capacity as citizens,” she wrote in an email to The Washington Post. “Because most of us need our jobs, as few of us are financially independent, this is the most pernicious form of bullying of critics.” |
I agree with you. Reprehensible man, private gym has the right, however probably not a good idea to leave her instated as well. |
How kind of you. Just trying to have a discussion, and you attack me personally. I'm headed to St. John's College this fall BTW. I got a 28 on my ACT. Maybe that's low in DCUM land, but it got me into some pretty decent schools. |
They did have a spine and stood up for the majority of their staff and clients. Who happen to be the minority groups your hero despises https://www.theatlantic.com/video/index/510533/rebranding-white-nationalism-inside-the-alt-right/ |
Ok, so what happens to the minorities who refuse to comply? Are they moved with force? And if they resist the force, what happens? Does the force escalate? Once you start using the power of the state to compel people to do things against their will you're ultimately saying you're willing to kill them. You're making a distinction without a difference to say he's not talking about killing. |
