Boss Baby - for a 6 year old?

My son (6) wants to see Boss Baby. He's seen the previews of Boss Baby many, many (too many) times and has asked to see it.
He didn't make it through the Lego Batman movie and we left an hour-ish into it. The part of the Batman movie that scared him was when Batman went to [whatever Superman's home is called] to steal something. Not sure why it bothered him so much... I admit I wasn't paying the best attention to the movie at the time :/ The only in-theatre movie he's made it through so far was the Peanuts move from last year. Anyone seen Boss Baby and have thoughts to share? Thank you! |

| I look my 6 year old to see it (her school rented out a theatre). She is on the more timid side, and was not scared at all and thought it was very funny. I was bored. |

I wish we could be friends. My kid loved it. She's in 2nd grade and loved the story line of the kid liking the baby in the end. |

| OP here. We tried it and almost made it through. Got to the part where the 'bad guys' show up at the kid + boss baby's house ... and we were outta there in a flash. We'll try another movie, another time... |
