We haven't used any snow days, so perhaps they will err on the side of caution?
No. It's not going to stick to anything except grass. And it'll be like 40 degrees.
No.
Just rain.
My reply is no
Sadly, I think we are only getting a dusting.
LOL Op, really? You sound desperate.
|
No. The ground will be warm, the snow won't stick, it will be above freezing for the most part, the buses will start without a fuss. |
A winter weather advisory was just issued for NW Montgomery County, but it still seems like the ground will be too warm for it to stick even up there.
Many, many people in my W cluster bus stop are saying no delay.
So let it be written...
|
No delay. Although if it sticks more in upper MOCO who knows....
Given the timing and the potential for some mixed precip in upper MoCo, I would not be surprised by a delay. Unfortunately for downcounty folks, the county makes one decisions for all schools, so if the upper county area is bad enough, you'll get a system-wide delay. Slight chance (10% in my book) of a full day off if the weather system overperforms.
It's not supposed to snow in our neighborhood near Potomac ES, so schools should be open on time.
Capital weather gang says 50/50 but I really hope they go on time.
