| I am a first time parent and I am a bit clueless about a how the whole Nanny Share process works in DC. We are completely out of luck for a daycare, so it looks like the nanny share route is going to have to be our plan. My baby is due in December and I plan to go back to work in March. When should I start looking for a nanny and when should I start to look for another couple. I am guessing we find the other parents first and then jointly look for a nanny? What is the best route for finding another baby, neighborhood listserv or something like that? Best place to find the nanny, Care.com? Any and all advice is greatly welcomed and appreciated! |
